Free Phone Consultations
We offer free phone consultations for your convenience and an easy way for you to
get a close estimate for the installation of your feature. All we need are the dimensions
of the pond or pondless you are thinking about installing. This estimate is the
cost to build the feature by square footage alone.
Free E-mail Consultations
Another easy and convenient way for you to get an estimate for your feature is to
send us an email. All we ask is for you to send us a digital photo of the construction
site, the dimensions of the feature, and tell us a little bit about what you are
interested in for the feature (such as if it will be a pond or pondless, with or
without a stream, size of the waterfall, etc). We will send an email back with your
estimate.
Free In-Office Consultations
We also offer free in-office consultations with or without appointments. Please
bring in your photos of the construction site, the dimensions of the feature, and
ideas you have for it. If you do not schedule an appointment, please be prepared
to drop off the information for review in the event that the Design Specialists
are out on appointed consultations.
On-Site Design Consultations
If you would like our Design Specialist to come out to your site to give a professional
consultation, we do charge a nominal fee. During our On-Site Design Consultations,
we offer:
- A complete evaluation of the area you wish to have the feature installed
- Recommondations to match your landscape and your budget

An informational DVD presentation that you will receive before you meet with the
Design Specialist
- A photo book presentation on several different water features to
give you lots of ideas
- Education on the various types of water
features
- A water feature design that best suits your needs and
your location
- A firm pricing for your water feature installation
- A construction date
- A contract to sign on the
spot (if needed)
